Before earning her law degree, Amanda worked in the insurance industry, handling injury claims and gaining firsthand experience with how insurers evaluate and manage cases. This background gives her a valuable edge in personal injury litigation—she understands the tactics insurance companies use and how to effectively counter them to fight for the compensation her clients deserve.

Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. She also holds a Master of Science in Management from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri where she now serves on the Alumni Foundation Board of Directors. This powerful blend of legal education and business acumen gives her a unique perspective on case strategy, financial issues, and complex legal dynamics.

As a wife and mother, Amanda brings more than legal knowledge to her work—she brings empathy, perspective, and a deep understanding of the personal toll legal challenges can take. She approaches every client with compassion, respect, and a commitment to making the process as clear and empowering as possible.

Alex is a skilled and compassionate paralegal at Lotspeich Law, where she plays a vital role in supporting colleagues and clients. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri (MU) and brings extensive experience in family law, criminal defense, and personal injury.

With a broad legal background and sharp attention to detail, Alex approaches every case with organization, empathy, and practical problem-solving. She excels at managing complex matters, guiding clients through emotionally challenging situations with clarity and care.

Known for her professionalism, calm under pressure, and commitment to client service, Alex is a trusted resource for the firm and a steady, reassuring presence for the people we serve. Her behind-the-scenes work is essential to the success of our team and the outcomes we deliver.

Meet Dani, Paralegal

Dani is a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal at Lotspeich Law, bringing a strong foundation in criminal law and a global perspective to the team. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and has experience in both private defense and public service as an Assistant to the District Attorney’s Office.

Dani also brings valuable expertise in cybersecurity. As former Director of the Academic Dissemination Commission at the Cybercrime Observatory in Peru, she developed sharp analytical skills and a meticulous approach to complex legal challenges. Her background enables her to support clients with empathy, precision, and care—particularly in difficult or high-stakes situations.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Dani is passionate about client advocacy and communication. She ensures clients are informed, supported, and empowered throughout their legal journey. Her commitment to service and diverse experience enrich the collaborative strength of the Lotspeich Law team.
