Amanda S. LotspeichAttorney at Law
Meet Amanda, Founding Attorney
Amanda Lotspeich founded her law firm to offer exceptional legal advocacy rooted in compassion, strategy, and concrete results, focusing on clients facing life's most difficult challenges like family crises or serious injuries. Her mission is to be an advocate who truly listens, cares, and fiercely fights for the desired outcomes. This dedication stems from her belief that clients deserve more than just standard legal representation; they deserve a partner who approaches their case with empathy and a commitment to clarity.
A key advantage in Amanda's approach to personal injury litigation is her prior experience working in the insurance industry, handling injury claims. This background equipped her with firsthand knowledge of insurers' tactics for evaluating and managing cases, allowing her to effectively counter these strategies and secure the compensation her clients are due. Complementing this practical experience, Amanda possesses a strong academic foundation, holding a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, an M.S. in Management, and a B.S. in Business Administration, which provides a unique perspective on case strategy and complex financial dynamics.
As a wife and mother, Amanda brings genuine empathy and a deep understanding of the personal toll legal struggles take on individuals and families. After years in family law, she established her firm to bring a client-centered, compassionate approach to all areas of legal advocacy, promising to stand by her clients and fight for the best possible outcome—whether through negotiation or in the courtroom—with skill, honesty, and heart.
