• Handle Family Law cases from intake through resolution (primary focus)

• Manage additional practice areas independently if applicable (probate, estate planning, personal injury)

• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and trial materials

• Lead mediations, depositions, and hearings as appropriate

• Collaborate with paralegals and colleagues to maintain excellence in every case

• Contribute to the firm’s strategic, financial, and cultural growth

Associate Attorney (0–3 Years)

• Build foundational litigation skills in family law

• Draft pleadings and manage discovery

• Base salary, production bonuses

Senior Associate Attorney (3+ Years)

• Lead complex family law cases and mentor junior staff

• Expand into adjacent practice areas independently

• Base salary, performance incentives, origination bonus eligible

Principal Attorney – Leadership Track (6+ Years / 3+ with Lotspeich Law)

• Lead a practice area as a business unit, co-counsel with the founding attorney, and mentor the next generation

• Salary tied to performance, profit sharing
